PROGRAMME ACTIVITY

On July 3rd, our Annual Ambassador Reception at Salesforce brought together the brilliant leaders of tomorrow with our dedicated network of Ambassadors for an uplifting afternoon of learning and connection.

The event kicked off with the students getting a deep dive into the world of AI, where Salesforce speakers Daniela Grozav, Vanessa Adjavon, and Christina Zar shared their expertise and sparked a lively Q&A to help the young women feel confident leading conversations around the digital future.

As the afternoon unfolded, our network of Ambassadors arrived for a session where Anne-Marie Kruk and Suruchi Shukla led an open discussion on navigating career journeys and building resilience in the face of adversity. The day concluded with a vibrant intergenerational networking session, giving students the opportunity to gather career invaluable advice from our Ambassadors.

On the 24th of April and again on the 5th of June, students from schools across the UK spent the morning at the Salesforce headquarters as part of the Women of the Future Ambassador Programme.

They were given the opportunity to dive into AI, technology and the future of work. From conversations about how it fits into their future careers, to getting a real look inside the Ohana Floor and the AI Centre, where robots roam the floor and real-world models of AI bring everything to life, both days were designed to show these learners what’s possible and give them the tools to get there.

The Ambassador Programme was built for this exact reason, getting the next generation of leaders into rooms they might not have found on their own, and making sure they leave with more than they came with.

Delighted to welcome students and teachers from Streatham & Clapham High School to the WOF Awards Dinner.

During the evening the students and their teachers enjoyed meeting other guests and hearing all about the award-winners and their achievements.

Students had the exciting opportunity to visit Google’s London offices for an inspiring event arranged by Women of the Future Ambassadors’ Programme. The students heard from members of Google’s team, who shared their personal career journeys and insights into the wide range of roles available at Google. They also offered practical advice on pursuing careers in technology and innovation.

Kirsty Verney, Deputy Head Sixth Form at Churcher’s College, said, “It was a fantastic visit with some great takeaways for our girls and details on the vast offering in Google. Thank you for the encouraging words from those who gave up their time to share their stories and advice.”

Our incredible WOF Ambassador, Carlotta Zorzi-Chapman, visited St Mary’s School Gerrards Cross to chat with students about tech, innovation, and chasing your dreams.

The students were captivated by her journey and insights into the exciting world of technology. One of the teachers shared:

Lansons gave our 5 of our connected schools the opportunity to visit their offices in London to host a PR workshop giving them a taste of what PR is and interview training and top tips.
