Company Visits
HSBC, 22nd April 2010
5 girls from Cheltenham ladies College, Hackney school for girls, Wallington High School, Northwood College, Queen Elizabeth School for Girls were given the opportunity to visit HSBC headquarters at Canary Wharf. The aim was to connect with schools to give their sixth form students the opportunity to learn, grow and develop their confidence and self-belief and their understanding of career opportunities in banking by engaging with HSBC employees. The event had a speaker panel followed by a building tour and networking event.
"We had a fantastic time last week when we brought the Ambassadors programme in house to HSBC. We had lots of our ladies participate and they were all thrilled to talk to the girls and hear about their interests."
